Public Library Accounts

Athletic Eligibility

Athletic Eligibility - Dragonfly Max Registration

Click on the headline to register your fall sport athlete. This site has replaced FamilyID. All athletes who plan to participate in a fall sport must go to this website and complete the registration. Physical forms and County Drug Testing forms are still hard copy.
