About Ms. LeBlanc:
"I was born in the United States but grew up in India and did most of my schooling in international schools. In fact, in grade school every student in my class was from a different country. I also have the distinction of going to high school in three different countries -- India, Malaysia, and the United States.
Along this journey, I developed a love for mathematics. I love to solve hard problems and explore connections. To me, math is one of the ways I make sense of the world.
Math has applications in almost every subject. Two of my favorites are Geography and Computer Science. I did my graduate research integrating both of them using Python to program a Monte Carlo simulation of multi-step migration.
It is exciting that math can help solve some of the world's most challenging problems. What problem do you want to solve?"
