SchoolCash is an online service used by Wilkes County Schools that enables users to pay school fees securely online. You only need to sign up once if you have multiple students. Beginning July 1, 2025, our school system will begin using a new platform to process volunteer applications. The information from our former platform will not transfer. Every family MUST update their household, medical, and emergency contact information. Activation keys, required for the creation of Parent Portal accounts, were sent through email on July 16, 2025.
